Helpdesk Team Member in Kosice (Microsoft Dynamics AX)



Your role

  • You identify, log and classify incidents

  • You diagnose and resolve incidents based on experience and check lists

  • You manage incident status including escalation steps until positive feedback of the user

  • You detect, investigate and report problems

  • You work in migrations and roll out projects all over the world

Your qualifications

  • Business or IT degree is a must

  • Experience in first level ICT support

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a must, any other language is an advantage

  • A team player in an international virtual environment

  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and eager to help

  • Highly developed service orientation, interpersonal skills and pleasure in working in an international environment

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 60-80%) during the rollout phase (1.5 to 2 years), after located permanently in Kosice
